The service was non existent. After being seated we were ignored. We could not get wait staff to acknowledge us and we just walked out after half an hour.
Haven’t been there in a long time, until today, then I remembered why. Our server was VERY kind, and was definitely trying, but seems like she’s had zero training. Very slow service, and long wait time on the food. Food was good, but small portion for the money. Too expensive. Too slow. Not sure who the boss is, but they should be training the servers the basics, for example, not holding a plate against your body/shirt when you’re running food. That’s serving 101. Normally have enjoyed the times I have come to this restaurant, but today was terrible the waitress took about 15 min to get our drinks, kept making rude faces at us and hardly checked our table. She didnt even bring the desserts for my kids. Very disappointed in the experience today
Really good food. Nice area and space for a Birthday celebration! Good service.
