Dean had begged me to become a patient after he started an affair with me. Took me 4 months to get an appointment. When I ended things, he cancelled my appointment, just days before my appointment, leaving me with without a dentist and 4 months overdue for a dental exam. Very unprofessional! He should keep personal and professional life separate.
