do not waste time with this realtor. if he has a home listed he usually has other offers and tries to play everyone against each other. he will list a home below market to get multiples so he can basically auction it off to the highest bidder. the worst part is he does not return calls and strings you along. we wasted several weeks negotiating because he would not return calls, texts, and voicemails. DO NOT BOTHER LOOKING AT HIS LISTINGS unless you want to pay above market. this guy is a snake oil salesman.
