Olivia 是我们的买房经纪人。几个重点： 1. 专业、负责任 2. 耐心 3. 乐于分享 我们一开始对buyer agent的期待不高，但是全程走下来Olivia超过了我们的预期。我们自己会做一些功课，然后再请她把关心仪的房子。她都会给出很中肯的建议（没有push），包括地基、宠物、学校、可能的后期升级、价钱范围。只要我们有意向的房子，她都会陪我们去看。甚至有些房子我们没办法到现场看的，她会自己去看一下，录视频帮我们介绍一下房子 ------ 这个没办法不再夸一下：很负责。 我们合作的流程： 1. 刚开始的房子，她会带我们过一遍所有的资料。这样我们知道每个文件到底有什么用。 2. 后来再看的房子，就没有必要所有文件都过一遍了。我们会挑重要的看，比如各种inspection，seller disclosure 等等。 3. 确定下offer之后，她会尊重我们的出价，当然也会给出自己的建议。我估计很多人更关注buyer agent是不是很push/PUA ---- 她没有。我们下了大概四五个offer才买到现在的房子。 4. 我们的几个loan officier都是她推荐的，最后找了一家有不错的利率的银行。 5. 买了房之后少不了一下小修补，我... read more
Olivia is the best agent! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available house and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was honest and forthright, after dealing with several other brokers in the Bay area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find her.
