I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about RC Hospital and Clinics. Last March I had hip surgery and couldn't have had a better experience if I had gone to St. Cloud or Mpls. In fact when I told my son I was having it done he said to me "maybe you should come into Mpls and go to Twin Cities Orthopedics for a second opinion". this place is a total joke.
communication is terrible. discharged to a local nursing home and showed up and they had no idea we were on the way. terrible discharge coordination.
Nurses and doctors have always been helpful and supportive of decisions or requests. Staff are friendly.
We have been here over an hour and not yet seen a doctor a doc at is faster this is total bs
