If I could give Olivia a 15/10, I would. She just helped us sell our first home (which she helped us purchase just a few years ago), and is in the process of getting us into a bigger home to grow our family in on the Eastern Shore. I wouldn't consider my wife an "easy client" by any means, but Olivia has never made us feel like we are being difficult or overbearing.
