Very supportive. I requested trying to get me in to see her when she was pretty booked. I had a severe rash and was leaving on vacation. Got me in and provided great care.
Ms. Eckstein was thorough and efficient.She sought my opinion and told me what to expect. In addition, the assistant in the room was friendly and helpful .

I saw 2 opthalmologists, a PCP, an allergist, and urgent care for an issue with my eyelids. Olivia was the one to figure it out right away (preservatives in eye drops!). She also got my skin clear from adult acne for the first time in 25 years with just topical creams. She's great!
