I would definitely not recommend this group. One of their agents contacted us about selling our home, it wasn’t even on the market. He was less than truthful with us on multiple occasions about issues concerning the buyers and said he couldn’t represent us unless we paid him another percentage. The buyers backed out of the contract 19 days before closing.
