My first job was for Oliverio Peppers in 1985, Clarksburg West Virginia. I cored peppers and let me tell you,, they were very clean, If you sent a nasty pepper across that belt, you were going to hear about it. When I walked in everyday the aroma of those peppers was to die for. There was a big black kettle and a little old Italian man on a ladder in the middle of the floor stirring those peppers to a perfection. It's nice to know that when I'm missing home and can't get back to visit, a little bit of Almost Heaven can be delivered to my door. My peppers arrived quickly and now I have a case of one of the most delicious foods ever created sitting in my pantry, just waiting to be eaten. I doubt they'll last there for too long. :-)
