I have recently moved into my new home built by Olivera construction company. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with my beautiful home! They helped me design and then built my dream home. The quality is the best I have seen to date. A first class company.This is a family business and the pride in their work is evident. I would recommend to anyone looking for a custom home builder. Phillip ,Alex ,Alicia ,Monica,Melissa and Don were all wonderful.
Don’t work for this company. I WAS NEVER PAID. I was hired by Alex to come pressure wash a 20k sqft house that was under new construction. I did the job and was paid. Then I was called again 2 months later asking me to come pressure wash again. Did the job as instructed by Alex he was happy with the outcome but never paid me. Instead he tried to negotiate the price. Which I considered but then he refused my new offer and ignored me, blocked my number and I was never was paid…
I had heard a lot about this company so I decided to contact them for adding a garage to our house! They came to look at the house and give us an estimate. But never heard back!!! I left voicemails and sent emails. NO RESPONSE!! first and most important thing in business is reliability. I don’t think that’s the case here!!
