Exceptional bedside manner and knowledge base. Extremely thorough. Listens well and takes time to address your concerns.
Dr. Wu is an excellent physician. He takes time to talk to patients, listens well and provides appropriate recommendation to your condition. He is easy to talk to and he makes you feel comfortable to discuss medical problems. However, the front office staff are not very friendly and worst of all is the telephone system. When you call his office, no one answers the phone. Instead it goes to the answering machine that prompt you to different menus. You cannot speak with staff/get quick answer.
