Plan to wait a long time beyond you appointment. Parking limited. Both Doctors are wonderful. Office staff is not as wonderful. Delayed Billings may cause you to loose your flex spending dollars. Speaking from experience.

I first saw Dr. Franklin Kase on August 15 for a severe foot ulcer (non-diabetic). The staff at the reception area were friendly and efficient. I had quite a lengthy wait, but I felt I received excellent medical care from Dr. Kase on this initial visit and the subsequent three weekly visits, with my last visit/release to occur (hopefully) on 9/20/18. Last time I was here was for in ingrown toenail in 2011. Dr. Wang was great and did a good job. Fast forward to 2018 and another ingrown toenail, and here I am again. This time I was taken care of by Dr. Kase and Dr. Kase is amazing and very very knowledgeable. He took care of my ingrown toenail and off I go. The only complaint I have is their prices for cash patients. Back in 2011 I got thesame procedure done for about 155 dollars, and free follow up visit. Thanks, Dr. Wang, for the cortisone shot in my painful heel. Less than 24 hours later and six weeks' of pain is gone. Highly recommended!
Make sure you double check yr appt. I got a text telling me to call to make an appt - I do and make my appt - I come in today and no appt. I waited for 45 minutes for them to tell me I sorry he can’t see you today - we have to call your adjuster and get it approved. We will call u in a couple of weeks. I wasted my time and gas - I am furious. U need to train the incompetent person who answers yr phones.
Dr. Kase is a Professional Doctor, he know everything about the feet, some other Drs. Don't know how to treat Charco foot, he does know about Diabetic conditions , I Highly Recommend Him!
All the Drs are wonderful here! My husband and oldest so have shoe inserts and they are always well taken care of here!
Dr. Wang is amazing - he performed surgery to lengthen my left Achilles' tendon (I forget the actual name of the procedure) and the pain I have is very minimal. Also, he does have an amazing bedside manner and is very humble. Easy to talk to. The only Doctor I actually look forward to seeing! Thank you, Burbank Podiatry!
