Poor management, overcharged me for "cleaning services" even after I deep cleaned it for them. Lack of communication with tenants, poor living quality.
Very quick, smooth process of acquiring the apartment. Friendly people. Much better than "Condo and Home Advisors" if you're in Duluth area.
Do not move here! It's dirty, it stinks, no one cleans or cares to. It's the worst place in Itasca county to rent from w/ HUD! It's gross and know one cares! And this is for seniors! Why! Slum lords
