Excellent service when selling my jewellery!
I recently visited Oliver Jewellery to purchase a bag that I had inquired about earlier that day and the customer service experience was disappointing. From the start, the staff assisting me was very unfriendly. I mentioned that I had spoken with another staff member earlier who sent me photos of the bag and confirmed it was available, but I was initially told they couldn’t find it. Came in to buy a Hermes Kelly & had a few items that i wanted to trade in towards it. Joe accommodated me & was able to make me have my dream bag!!
Been a customer for a while and I can’t be happier today. I’m a complicated customer but the staff handles my issue with no complain and always resolves it. Joe is just awesome. Will keep buying here, that’s for sure.
