I just had Cody in for my AC tuneup. What an impressive young man. He spent time to correct a problem and explained what he was doing and why. Short Summary: I cannot recommend OLIVER services at all. Their sales approach has been shady and was based on pressure on the street! The results of their work do neither reflect any customer service oriented approach nor does it show quality of workmanship. Otherwise, I cannot explain why for the same problem multiple technicians have to come out to fix it over and over again an (bleeding a radiator!). Prompt service when we lost power to our Mr Slim unit. They had someone out the very next day. Problem resolved in a couple of days due to ordering a part. Brandon the service tech was polite and informative. We had called another hvac company which put us on their emergency list and have yet to hear back from them!
