So beautiful they did not disappoint!
It was so easy and pleasant to order from this florist; not to mention I was able to be serviced for a next day delivery to surprise my friends -- they loved their arrangement. I would recommend Oliver Flower Shop to anyone in the PGH area, or with a loved one living there!
Really poor experience. Confirmation of delivery despite order not arriving. Recipient contact company to enquire, to be told arriving today, but nothing has turned up. Really poor service and experience overall..
