I have glaucoma and I’ve been seeing Doctor Burnett for several years. From my experience, Doctor B is a consummate professional. She monitors my condition closely and adjusts my medication and frequency of visits to keep my condition in check. The staff are courteous and efficient. The staff turnover seems quite low, too which tells me this is probably a good workplace.

Dr.Heather Burnett is very professional, I had my cataracts done with her last year, had a great experience, her entire team from the start to end were very professional, Ms.Rose at the clinic was also very kind and explained the process very professionally, had a very pleasant experience, thankyou. I brought my wife’s grandma to her appointment the other day and when I asked to use the restroom was told that I need to go next door to London Drugs. Their restrooms were both out of service. When I returned asking again needing to use the restroom was told they are for patients only. Extremely disappointed that I had to take time off work to drive her and couldn’t even use the restroom while I wait. It’s a human bodily function. This is completely unacceptable.

I'm writing on behalf of my Mom, Lidia, who had cataract surgery and is a patient of Dr. Burnett for glaucoma. We are very pleased with Dr. Burnett and the results of the surgery. She has taken such good care of Mom! And everyone in the office is really friendly, too. Thank you for everything, Dr. Burnett!
