I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator last month and I’m very pleased with the great customer service I received. Mary Borden was awesome in assisting me choose just the right one for my small space. Mart kept me informed all along the way as to when I could expect delivery and set up. Their delivery service was awesome also. Called me to confirm my address and gave me a firm time as to his arrival. He was careful and cautious in removing my old refrigerator and getting it out the door. That was no small task!! Flat out not happy with repair men not too informed and not willing to make sure the jobs done right twice as come I still have the same problems with their appliance and both times made a huge mess and just left it there very unhappy with their “repair” of my appliance!!!!!

A few months ago my refrigerator failed. David McCalla and Dyers got a replacement delivered quickly, before all my food could spoil. Last night my dryer died. Earliest delivery online or from a big box store would be 5 days. Went back to David and Dyers this morning at 9 AM. Saturday. David promised delivery Monday, or today if a truck finished up early. Dryer was delivered and running by 5:30 this afternoon. And it was $50 cheaper than the best price I'd found online, including delivery.

I bought a washer and dryer with the help of Martin, and I couldn't be happier with them. They are exactly what I was looking for. I had them delivered and they were willing to work with my schedule, and bringing them as far away from the warehouse as I did. The man that delivered them did an excellent job, very professional. We bought a refrigerator from the blemish warehouse with the help of Mike Harris at Oliver Dyer! We accidentally bought the wrong size and had to go back and get another one to fit in our allotted space and he was beyond helpful and made our small setback turn out perfectly.
