I have documentation from Delta Dental that I paid Dr. Oliver. I have talked to his staff on multiple occasions and was left with the impression that everything was settled. I received a small claims complaint form in the mail yesterday. I called and left Dr. Oliver a message hoping if I talked to him, things would be corrected. He did not return my call. I called Delta Dental again and they are working on sending me a formal letter for the court. Really, this is not the way things should go.
