I attended the Oliver Birch VIP night, WOW do they know how to throw a beautiful luxurious event! The store was abuzz with the best kind of energy and the staff, although clearly very busy, were so lovely, patient and attentive. They had a fabulous range of clothing, and I found the most divine pair of Tirelli Linen Pants that I have gotten lots of complements on. I will certainly be shopping here again!!
I have been searching for the perfect sideboard for months and finally found what I at Oliver Birch. I wanted to purchase this item today and discuss delivery however not once was I approached in store while I was in the furniture area. The store wasn’t busy- there were more staff than customers. I had to approach a team member behind the register while no one else was around, and felt dismissed immediately then they walked away, again without offering any assistance so I left. Really disappointed in my experience today.
