I continue to have my taxes done here since my uncle retired. They do the range of personal and business taxes and perform great work. What I like best is their payroll service. Accuracy is top notch - much better than you'll find with other companies. Also very flexible, accommodating and can pick out potential errors from info I supply; then fix them before payroll and ACH gets processed - something a computer or large company can't do!

My parents have been doing business with this company for over 40 years. Last year they drove the 45 min drive to pick up their taxes and the desk person could not get their machine to work to take my 84 year old father's credit card. They would not release their tax paperwork to my parents without payment. I complained and explained the loyalty of my parents and received no apology nor any apparent concern. We've been using Maddox for company and personal returns for years and they've always been great. I'd recommend them to anyone. They know their stuff and have really helped me over the years with sound advice and IRS related issues.
I was referred to them by a trusted friend, and their fees are very reasonable, but I guess you get what you pay for. It has not been a good experience.
