We’ve been here multiple times because it’s close to home and the lasagna is good. Service was never amazing, but it was acceptable. This last visit for my cousin’s birthday (party of 14) was a completely different story. We felt unwelcome from the start. The birthday wasn’t acknowledged at all, and when my girlfriend asked a simple question about the restroom, the server responded rudely like she was inconveniencing him.
