Had several neck and shoulder pain from doing overhead lifts at the gym for a couple of months. Went to a shoulder and neck specialist and got MRI’s which noted severe pinch in my spinal cord between C5-7 with spinal stenosis. Surgery was on the table. I’ve had chronic bilateral Achilles Tendinitis pain since the beginning of this year and I’ve seen three Doctors. My primary, a sports medicine doctor and a PT. None of them could help me with the pain. Two of those Doctors recommended I try shockwave therapy. I had never heard of this treatment.
