They have saved my life a couple times! If it wasn’t for them I would have been dead a long time ago, o get pretty good service from them, been there so many times/years some of us recognize each other! Rarely ever went back in the waiting room, cause I only went there if I needed to, urgent care At west valley comp. called O.V.E.R. ,and made me reservations, told them I was coming, didn’t even have to open my mouth, handed over med. card and rushed me in for a spider bite. Goodluck getting attention here unless you are literally dying Emergency room was nearly empty when i arrived my reason for coming is that i am bleeding from my small intestine and spitting out blood in my phlem and literally my phlebotomist that was taking out my blood in the lunch room im guessing because her and 5 other people were having a meaningless conversation cursing the whole time while switching the tubes on my arm while looking the other way at her colleagues that weren't even looking at her I Keep saying ouch wh... read more

Just a heads up, just walking into the door is an automatic $6097 bill whether you’re treated or not. According to their own billing department, every hospital charges a different “facility fee” and they are aware they’re one of the highest. I would avoid this ER at all costs, other ERs are far less expensive. I came in with severe food poisoning and only talked to a doctor for a couple minutes, they kept me in the waiting room the entire time, never went back behind the doors.
