I've been living in this community for over two years. This housing complex is centrally located to shopping, my bank, and work office. More importantly, my neighbors/tenants are all helpful and kind. The management team maintains the property very well and keeps community members informed about any upcoming events. In the summer it is great to have a pool to relax and cool off. Had a great experience living here for 3 years. Management was very professional and detailed with the care for the property and units. You will appreciate the effort management makes in keeping the olive tree apartments clean and well kept.
Olive Tree Apartments is THE best value and apartment complex in Napa. It is not even close. Quiet, maintained and rent includes water/garbage. Shall I mentioned there is a heated pool!!! The manager is easily the best landlord we have had. Organized, detailed and fixes any issues that emerge. If you ever want to move to Napa and need a 1-2bd room apartment, this place is impossible to beat....
Its pretty in the complex but customer service just terrible.
