These apartments are expensive; however, they appear to be competitively priced, especially when you take the location, safe neighborhood, gated community, pool, pet friendly, easy access to the 405 and 55 freeways and all the great businesses into account. There is a Planet Fitness (24 hour a day gym) across the street. We had bad credit and with a higher deposit we were able to get an approval in two days. I love this place. it is beautiful and clean. It is right next to everywhere i would want to go (mostly resteraunts :p) we are like a 5 minute walk from kmart. My favorite thing however is the size of the appartments, they are much larger than i expected.

We've been here 2 years now. And the office manager Favi is awesome she helps in every way you need. Also the apartments are always looking great because of the maintaince guys , they do a great job.
