The owner cares nothing about her tenants The last landlord manager QUIT because the owner was too cheap to do authorize basic maintenance tasks to make the place bearable. That should tell you everything you need to know
Owner was paying for repairs unfortunately, the owner was paying for repairs but it wasnt making it to the apartment complex due to some possible mismanagement, which would explain the management quitting or getting fired. My dealings with the owner have been quite different than what was described by the other rating. $24K in the past month done to New roofs on all 5 buildings, and another 10K in individual apartment remodeling.
