Extrañamos la mañager Vanessa, she no longer answers our calla for help ! We have came up with a team to talk about everything since evrrything is a mess.
Don't rent here . The owners only care about their money . Ever since the manager left also everything became a mess. I left with them owing me one week of work. I have heard no one likes the new manager either and that everything is a mess. Don't recommend here.

5 years ago, I would say only move here if you're desperate but Now I say don't do it! Since 2021 the ownership of this place has changed hands about 3 or 4 times. the most recent owners are not attentive, if you do business with them under this current management, keep all your receipts and documents, And record interactions. The city came out in November 2025 and condemned several apartments in this complex For not needing requirements for heating air and plumbing . It’s not safe!
