RecommendedJust because we’re quarantined at home, doesn’t mean we have to sacrifice flavor. I used Persian Lime oil and Alfoos mango vinegar on these roasted veggies. Then added some Harissa oil to my eggs this morning. Yummy!
Because I’m not in Syracuse currently I haven’t been there recently but love the products and I’ve known Michelle for years- she’s an awesome shop owner, knows her products, is very helpful and friendly! Totally encourage anyone to stop by!

Love the Blackberry Ginger Balsamic and Persian Lime Olive Oil!
Love their products ! I use the high phenol olive oils because I use them to take by the spoonful for better health ! And I really need to try the chocolate balsamic vinegar on ice cream !

Purchased Lavender Balsamic Vinegar at the Clay Store. Great staff, elegant space and delicious product. I find myself licking the bottom of my salad bowl!
I adore this place. I went to the one in Fayetteville last year and got hooked. I was thrilled when they opened in CLay. Go in and have a taste. The quality of the oils and vinegars will hook you. I LOVE the strawberry balsamic coupled with the rosemary oil. We baught a few types this last trip. One was vanilla balsamic... I am in love. Over vanilla ice cream or over some berries. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
