Good location, but the manicure and pedicure services were disappointing. The pedicure lady was nice, but she didn’t know how to do proper cat-eye nails on my toes. The manicure lady rushed through the service, and my cuticles peeled badly for 10 days after. The shellac didn’t last—several nails peeled within a week—and two nails had visible bubbles and defects.
The towel was not changed after my session; the technician used it again for the next client. It is a huge hygiene violation!
Absolutely one of the worst nail salons I have ever entered! I came in with my friend, and did not get any services done, as I was just waiting for my friend to get her manicure done. However, the customer service is at its lowest. The way the lady at the front desk allowed herself to speak to the customers is unacceptable. Additionally, she had the audacity to be asking, practically begging for a tip, saying “it’s not nice to not leave a tip”.
