I am so glad I hired Melissa for my doula! She went above and beyond our expectations. As first time parents both my husband and I were a bit timid about birth. Melissa gave us the tools to have confidence that we could have the birth we wanted. It was so amazing having Melissa in the room while in labor to help and coach us both. I Hired Melissa before she moved to Arizona, I paid her $700 and did not get my money's worth. she took very long to reply to me if I had questions or when I was trying to set up meetings, she did not offer much prenatal comfort measures aside from handing me a printout of things I could easily find online, and did not show me how to do them or offer any other help.
