From the moment I outreached, Japan provided a professional and warm experience. If you are considering Locs, looking for a certified sister loctician and desire timely, professional and thorough services- look no further. I can't say enough about my experience here. I had several questions all of which were answered knowledgeably and with patience. I'm a weak post establishment, beyond pleased with my decision and enjoying my curly girlies. 10 out of 10 and would recommend. The moment I arrived at “O’Live Locks Consulting” it was a calm and welcoming environment due to the loctition creating a comfortable atmosphere. The service given was very professional and the loctition was very attentive with my hair to ensure my locks would return to a healthier and manageable standard. I started coming when she did my establishment on 4/29/23. She answered all my questions during the consultation before hand and really put me at ease. She is super professional and very knowledgeable about sister locks. My hair is flourishing because of her guidance and I trust her fully. I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in getting sister locks.
