There too busy and can’t handle it . They need to open more restaurants in Lexington,s.c.
My shrimp scampi was so watered down and the three choice entree which we got two sides calamari and the last one stuffed mushrooms. The waitress was awesome. But the calamari was no where near done. Left with my food after it arrived, so I would not upset the others eating. Called the nest day talked to the day manager named Matt he said and he would take care of me. We sat at table 100 and jasmine was my waitress this was olive garden 1231 off of harbison. Note to all Matt did not do anything to help us.
I love olive garden but when we went two nights ago we received the worst service ever! Waited 15 minutes to get greeted by our waitess. When food came finally the whole order was wrong. Just awful
My friend and I ate at this location tonight and was appalled by the customer service we received. First after we were seated we waited at least ten minutes before anyone came by to take our drink order. After waitress number 1 finally took it (along with our food order as we sat long enough to decide) we were then greeted not two seconds by two more waiters asking for our drink orders! This is one of the better South Carolina locations. My husband and I love it. The waiters are friendly and do not have the pretentious, holier-than-thou attitude that I have experienced at other locations. They are down-to-earth and friendly without being sloppy. The food is always good.
Not the best Italian food I've ever had, but overall it is very good quality food for the price. I recommend this place overall.
We love this Olive Garden! The food is always great and they always have awesome service. I have never had any complaints about this resturant other than I do agree with the other raters that they are really, really skimpy on the portions. I have been to other Olive Gardens and this resturant seems to give you alot less than the others.
My family loves eating here. Their chicken parmesan is great and love their salads. I agree with one of the other reviewers here that their portions do seem a bit smaller than they used to be.
I normally would rate Olive Garden with five stars, but the one in Columbia is a tad skimpy on their food. The food isn't quite as great as other OGs that I've eaten at.
