Clearly explained to me what was the cause of the problem and made appropriate recommendation with no hard selling involved at all. He came out early Saturday morning, immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem, and was gone in twenty minutes! I won't say how cheap it was - to protect him - but it was unbelievable. I have a garage door company now!
They were easy to schedule with and very attentive via email. We have used them to replace doors on both our old house and our new house and enjoyed both experiences. We just had them replace an old odd-sized door with a custom Clopay door. Vince was very straightforward and made several good recommendations like including a wrap, the style of door, etc. The install was quick and easy and the door looks great.
