This is our first apartment, and we have been blessed with an incredibly helpful staff. Leala, the manager, is a kind and attentive leader who addresses our needs as quickly as possible, and we are truly grateful for her support. As for maintenance, Ron is that guy! We've been living here for almost 4 years and we've seen how much management changed ... Leala is by far the best manager ever. She's the sweetest soul you'll ever meet. She's very communicative and helpful as long as you are a respectful person & you are honest with her. She takes care of all her people. Need something done? Ron (maintenance) is fast and he's also very sweet. He builds relationships with tenants versus just being quiet and doing the job like the past maintenance guys have been. CALLED THIS PLACE SEVERAL TIMES AND THE OFFICE JUST KEEPS PICKING UP AND HANGING UP THE PHONE!!! HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO REACH ANYONE THE LAST WEEK!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
