The office manager is amazing! She stayed late on a Friday evening so I could tour the property. Great layouts and common areas, and fantastic price point for downtown Gilbert! Close to it all!!

Leala, the manager at Olive East, is fantastic!! She is always helpful and responds immediately. Maintenance always responds within a day. The apartment is nice, clean, affordable, and does not have any bugs.
Leala was very helpful in my search for a new apartment. She is knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. Definitely considering this community.
