If you’re planning to move into this place, think it twice.. at least if your goal is to save a few bugs in a gym membership. A lot of improvement opportunity here, the only gym equipment the barely works is the elliptical and free weights.. non the bike, non the other equipment out here.. but if you wanted just to be around, that is like any other place. Thank me later
I lived at Olive East Apartments for about 9 months, and I want to share my experience for anyone considering living here. My biggest mistake was signing my lease in the fall without realizing how challenging the Arizona summer could be. When outdoor temperatures went above 100°F, I found that the AC struggled to keep my apartment comfortable. The AC also ran continuously at times and was very loud. I’ve had a great experience living here, and I want to especially recognize two people who make this community such a positive place. Leala, the leasing manager, has been incredibly professional and welcoming from the very beginning. She’s always patient, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
