Too much noise, can’t sleep or work , it’s on Sunrise highway the worst traffic and noise The big windows making the place burning hot even if the AC is working, the rain goes inside easily as the windows not sealed, Not recommended to live or work in.
The worst building you can live or work in, Extreme noise from Sunrise Highway, very bad windows making the place very hot and allowing the rain to come inside, the carpet very bad and full of mold, the owner is very greedy and is a big scam, not recommended to anyone to work or to live in.
Beautiful facility. Highly recommend!
