Started working with Amy a few months ago after noticing I was struggling with focus and lack of motivation in my life. Went through a few months of trialing different medications until we found what worked for me. Truly appreciate all the effort Amy put into making sure we found something that worked for me and my lifestyle, and the support she provided along the way. Listened to all of my concerns and did not question my judgement. Truly a wonderful provider that I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat!

Please go somewhere else and book this place is legitimately the most unprofessional place. You will get your reservation canceled day of. I booked did all my forms and made my week horrible calling every day regarding trying to switch my spot then saying they didn’t all types of nonsense go somewhere please plenty of other professional places
