Chance from Olive Air performed a tuneup maintenance on my ac unit. He was engaging, polite and informative the whole time! Explained what they look for during the tests and why they look at these things. He took time to review and explain the pictures he took. Was helpful with explaining the different package and service options and wasn’t pushy to make a decision right away! 10/10 recommend!
I was impressed with how thorough the initial A/C checkup was! My technician Chance did a great job, Additionally, Oliver personally got involved and stood behind all the work I contracted to have done. Very happy with the repairs that were done and I’m very pleased to have a new WiFi smart Honeywell thermostat.
I recently used this company for some repair work on my AC unit and I gotta say the guy that they sent out went above and beyond my expectations to get the job done right. Javier was knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what was going on with my unit and what needed to be done.
