Chance from Olive Air performed a tuneup maintenance on my ac unit. He was engaging, polite and informative the whole time! Explained what they look for during the tests and why they look at these things. He took time to review and explain the pictures he took. Was helpful with explaining the different package and service options and wasn’t pushy to make a decision right away! 10/10 recommend!
Javier came back to follow up on questions and possible issue and was great as usual. He came by when my son happened to be in town, and they had a discussion about the system. Both he and my son explained further how the system works, and Javier confirmed that the system was working as it should. They have been very good for my needs, and I appreciate the great service provided. Thank you.
All of my experiences have been amazing and thorough, especially the HVAC tune-up and inspection that was conducted today. The technicians appeared professional and experienced, and perform their services with no distractions. Once completed, the Sr. Technician explained the process performed, unit that may need future attention and reviewed new products and services that may beneficial. Our technician, Oliver came out for our heater repair. When he turned it on to test it — it worked! So crazy! Anyway, we told him it had been blowing cold air and that’s why we’d called. He said he would check everything out just to be sure there wasn’t an “obvious” issue - which we appreciated. He gave it a thorough “once over” and took pictures of the unit so he could show us a couple things we might want to address in the future.
