Kaden and Oliver showed up at our 55+ community craft fair a few weeks ago to introduce themselves to the neighborhood and did a fantastic job! Spent a ton of time with me and all the neighbors and ended up helping a ton of us winter visitors with much needed new trane systems (on no interest plans!)
I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received from Olive. From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely excellent, and Javier was the perfect technician for the job. As with all of the service repair technicians from Olive Air, Matt was excellent. He completed the complimentary maintenance on my HVAC unit and identified a few areas of concern. He worked with me to prioritize what I absolutely needed to get repaired and what could wait. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional, and was an absolute delight to interact with. Olive Air & Heating LLC is great! Nothing but professionalism. Matt came out and was so respectful and kind! He inspected and cleaned the unit thoroughly and wrote up his recommendations without being pushy! I appreciated the pictures and honest feedback about my unit. Will definitely keep using their services for the foreseeable future!
Matt came and serviced 3 heat pumps and I believe he did a thorough job. Gave me several options from replacing to repairing. Found him to be very pleasant and hard working. It always cost more than you expect or want but believe he was reasonable. I have found Oliver the owner to be reasonable. He definitely does a great job in his training of his employees from the service work he does to the marketing!
