Bought two brand new high efficiency air conditioners last year from KADEN with olive air and heating and have had the best experience so far, I continue to buy there yearly maintenance plan and would suggest them to anyone who is looking for honest and premium service.
I've had many different companies do work for me and I highly recommend olive air to do all your work out there for any air conditioning needs, I sure would like to give them a 10 plus plus rating from sales to install, definitely one of the best, all my concerns were answered respectfully. Thank you Kaden, Jose, Oliver, Martin and everyone involved, install crew amazing.
Matt did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing an issue with my AC drainage system. He went above and beyond to check for the root cause of the leak, made sure everything was working properly, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and solution to me. It’s rare to find someone so thorough and professional. Really appreciate his attention to detail and friendly attitude — highly recommend Matt and Oliver Air and Heating!
They installed an brand new Trane in my home in July. We have had nothing but trouble with this unit. Keeps turn off and on. Tech came out said it was thermostat bought brand new thermostat still same issue. New thermostat no power. Ecobee thermostat. This cannot be happening. We message this weekend no response. Javier is an Excellent employee who went above and beyond. Not only that he fixed the problem, he changed my filters and clean the space. It was a Saturday and I was not expecting things to be done, but it went so smoothly and I’m very grateful for the service.
