I had a very poor experience with this place. From the start, communication was unprofessional. I was told to text instead of being helped over the phone, and my messages were repeatedly read but not responded to in a timely manner. Later that night around 10 PM, I was asked to send a $100 deposit through Cash App only. I explained that I would prefer to pay in person for security reasons, but that option was refused. Service is terrible tried to book an appointment was told to send a picture of my natural hair and a style photo which I did and was told I had to pay a $100 deposit first and then they would tell me a date and time for my appointment after and then when I asked what the final price would be they told me they would tell me the day of. I found Ms. Olive on TikTok and I sent my deposit, natural hair pic and the picture of the style I wanted. I was in the chair within the next few days. When I tell you Ms. Olive did not disappoint I mean she did my hair better than the photo I showed her the work is so neat and fast.
