I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful care I always receive at your office. Have been a faithful patient for 12 years. In my opinion, you provide the best vision care in the RGV. We are truly blessed to have such knowledgeable and communicative professionals in our community. I want to thank both doctors for their expertise and for taking such great care of me. Additionally, your office staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Idc what people says but I went with my mom today and both got the eye check up etc and for me they have a great customer service

Dr. Lambert was incredibly thorough and took the time to clearly explain everything we needed to understand about my child’s eyes, which truly eased our worries and made us feel confident in our next steps. We felt genuinely seen and cared for throughout the entire visit. The office staff was just as amazing—especially Zinnia, who went above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed. My second attempt at ordering contacts from this establishment was a fail. Nothing has ever ordered after three weeks of trying, and back-and-forth communication being accused of never contacting them to place the order and then having to show records of phone calls horrible horrible service. Will no longer be a patient here.
