Was one of the greatest clinics for me until the receptionist stole my debit card information ha ha I get a called from my bank saying they used it at casino and use it as credit for $10,00 ha ha it was the only place it I used it that day and I checked my bank state me where else I used it and nope I was sure of it now I’m never going there freaked scary for reals I go there bc I’m so sick and I get treated like this for reals . I went in for an appointment. The three young ladies at the front were extremely nice, I believe their names were Janet and Yesenia and Lily. Positive attitude and very friendly which says a lot about any place you go since they are usually the first ones greeting you. A positive experience at the front and when being treated. You can get medication they prescribe you through them directly so you don’t need to make an extra trip to the pharmacy if you have time. Traducir en español! Falta de respeto y cuidado al paciente. Bad bad experience with Dr. Silvia Unprofessional, lack of care for their patients, attitude when asked for advice or help. Avoid this location at all times! I came in to remove facial warts and was assisted by Dr. Silvia and her medical assistant. You have to wait at least an hour after your appointment time to be seen, even if it’s télé-health. Usually an hour and a half. Scheduling seems all over the place (I’ve had to call multiple times to cancel an appointment, had appointments made as in-office when i reiterated that it needed to be tele-health many times) and they referred me somewhere that does not take my insurance. The people are generally nice, but this place is not run well at all and it’s incredibly frustrating.

I came in for for my immigration medical exam and the process was very easy. The ladies in the front desk, Janet and Yesenia were very helpful in answering all my questions.
