They said the car we wanted was there. Nope! Totally different car, wrong color, wrong interior, wrong EVERYTHING. Then they said they’d have to change the car description. Total waste of time as we drove three hours to look at the car they advertised.
NOT as advertised. A total lie. Actual car is black, cloth seats and cracked windshield. No stars to this auto dealer. Drove 3 hours to get to the lot!!
Always friendly and very helpful. Have used them a couple times over the years and paid off a couple vehicles.Mr. Oliva and Carlos are great!!

Please know that when we received your lead that unit wad already removed from internet posting.Cargurus removes units within 24 hours so it was with that time frame.I can only hope you understand and realize not any type of tactic or scheme to deceive customers.We sincerely apologize.
The business owner was out driving the car, so we scheduled a test drive for two hour later, which would give the owner time to get back to their lot. At about 20 minutes before our scheduled test dive, the salesman called and said that they had just sold the car to someone else. We will not be considering the dealership now or in the future!

Sean was so nice to work with. He did not pressure me at all. Actually every one of the employees I had contact with were so nice! I would tell anyone looking to buy a used car, that would prefer a laid back kind of experience, to try this place out! Thanks Sean!
