The service was horrible. We had to ask for silverware, napkins, refills and straws. My mom ordered coffee and it was old coffee they brought to her after waiting 5 minutes. The restaurant had maybe 7 people in it so the crap service wasnt because of that. The fact that you don't get a side unless you pay more and order it separate is ridiculous. Love Olga's. Why do they not have a sign on the outside of the mall? I hope they don't leave like everything else seems to be in Alton.
I love the food and the service is good. Never much of a wait.
It has been years since we have ate at Olgas, the fajita olgas was my fave but they don’t have it anymore (PLEASE BRING IT BACK!) I tried the steak and cheese and it was delicious!!! Our waitress Charlotte suggested the bread pudding and it was absolutely amazing !!!! The food A+, our server was so sweet and attentive, overall a great day in Alton!
Had lunch with my sister at Olga’s today. It’s been our favorite restaurant for 40 years. Food was excellent as always and our waitress, Charlie was great!
Olga’s has always been one of my favorite places to go in our area. It’s kind of like my “old faithful” because the food is always good and the atmosphere is just that perfect mix of comfortable & casual for an afternoon lunch, and classy enough for a date night. And MAN don’t even get me started on the Snackers 😍 Thank you to my super nice server Charlotte, who today didn’t judge me when I scarfed down a whole snacker basket all by myself 🤣💕

Best Lunch time spot! Always enjoy my lunch date meetups. Our food was served extremely fast, and the Snackers were great as always!!
Charlie was our waitress today and she did a great job! never had to ask for a drink refill, she just brought them out. great waitress and very personable! meal was good as always!
