I was laughed at when I inquired about 3 simple bouquets for a wedding coming up in a few weeks. It was really uncomfortable - I understand it being short notice and that it wouldn't work for them logistically, but was really taken aback by the rude response. Laughing was unwarranted.
I called Olgas and asked them to send the most beautiful and unusual roses they had in stock, at the school where she teaches, and wow, did they deliver- Happy wife and you know the rest.
Amazing customer service helped me out with a last-minute order can’t recommend these guys enough worth every penny
Yeah, so talking to the owner and placing an order was one of the more charming phone conversations I’ve ever had! He was able to get me in with my emergency order and I was so pleased with not only his ability to work with me, but also with the obvious passion and care he takes in his work. Couldn’t recommend them enough! (Oh, and he is very tall) ;)
