I was really hoping to establish a positive, collaborative Dr/patient relationship. As someone with medical trauma, it's paramount for mental health treatment to be a safe place. She made it unsafe. As someone who wants to take the least amount of medications possible, I asked her if she could also incorporate life style changes and review my dietary supplements.
