If I could give less than 1 star I would. This doctor is extremely rude and does not listen to problems that are important to me. I will never go back. She is very mean. Not sure how she stays in business.
Alisha, the girl that takes you to a room is rude and doesn't have a clue as far as medical knowledge goes. I don't know how she keeps this job, she is terrible with people. No personality and no education
She is excellent and we have gone to her for years; however, her practice is so much busier now and her staff seems overloaded with calls, insurance stuff and paperwork—the result is that things seem to be slipping thru the cracks. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring—just overly busy. I’m not sure there are many better doctors around the area. Wish her practice had remained small. We will stick with her though.
Extremely rude staff. The desk girl 'Alisha', was very sarcastic and demeaning towards me. I had heard this was a good doctor but the staff is rude and that couldn't be more true. I am honestly astonished that I was offended so much that I am writing this review. Be wary! There is no reason you should be made feel like this. Do yourself a favor and go to the next doctor or you will probably be here writing a review like I am.
Never see Dr Savage only her pa and they never know what they are doing ,I went in with a cough ,no fever, was not hurting except a cough the pa didn't do a nose swap of my nose said I had the flu and gave me prescription for flu which is very dangerous if you don't have the flu. Went to a clinic and was told I had bronchitis. So please don't go to this office your health depend on it.
Extremely poorly ran medical practice. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone! Problems from top to bottom. Biggest concern is you never see the physician herself, even if you request her specifically. The PA is who does your exam and he is rude, abrupt, and a very poor listener.
Made an appointment specifically with this Dr to have a female physician to talk to. I specifically told the receptionist this. Told them I did not want to see a male Dr. Or medical assistant. All my appointments kept being with male medical assistant even though I did not want this. Drs nurse was very rude and mocking to me and my condition for wanting to see the Dr. Left upset and never went back.
Place is a joke, cost you 300.00 for an office visit which I get, but you'd expect to at least see the doctor. I had some guy come in while on his phone, says grab a seat I'm gonna ask you some questions, never introduced himself or said what he was, took out his phone 3 more times in the course of our meeting, used profanity, it wasnt until the end when I asked who he was that he said I am Faust, then said we like to do a follow up on new patients. Never even saw Dr Savage so follow up on what?
