Been going to her for years, 5+. Still receiving excellent care. Good supporting staff. She's very good at diagnosing and responding. In a serious matter.
Beautiful waiting room, ugly experience. Insulting comments to patient (my elderly mother). Did not show up for early hour appointment. Very rude to family members with after-hours emergency. Billing procedure is very unorganized - received bills for office visits already paid for! If you care about your health, go somewhere else!!
Dr. Savage does not listen to her patients. To busy typing on her computer and insulting you if you do not agree with what she has to say. She continuously talks about how much she can help you but in reality she does nothing but push pills. The biggest problem with her practice is no follow through.
The MA to the receptionist both have horrible people skills and if you suffer from a disability like I do from PTSD THIS NOT THE PLACE TO BE SEEN instead of compassion I was treated with insults and when you are trying to leave and want to make another appointment you’re treated nasty and rude. Absolutely a horrible experience beyond dissatisfied with the staff.
I am fortunate to have Dr. Savage as my family physician. She makes herself very accessible. Her experience is obvious; it definitely contributes to her excellent diagnostic abilities. She hires very good, experienced people like the PA-C. The phone people know their job and accommodate patients willingly. The entire staff is a solid 5 in my book. This review is based on many visits and phone calls.
As a retired person from Illinois and in the area for almost three years, I can state without any question Dr Savage is the BEST doctor I have ever had. My wife has an open wound which needed to be treated often. Dr Savage setup a daily or every other day treatment schedule. EVEN on the WEEKENDS. She knows we might have problems over the weekends, and she gave us her own cell phone number. This is a great caring act, and she means it too. Dr. Savage and her entire staff are very professional and accommodating. Dr. Savage takes her time and listens to her patients’ concerns. If a message is left on the office phone, the staff gets back to you as soon as they possibly can. I highly recommend Dr. Savage and her staff.
Dr. Savage and her staff are the best! She saw me every day when I was recuperating from a nasty dog bite until it was completely healed! We have been seeing her for over 3 years now and will continue to do so! Thank you for taking such great care of us! ;)
Dr.Savage and her staff are very professional and caring. Dr.Savage saved my life and my wife's by recognizing serious problems early. She is the best doctor I have ever had. In the 14 years that I playing Major League Baseball I have had a lot of doctors. None recognize problems and acted on them immediately like she does. She and her staff are the best. Dr. Savage has my highest recommendation!
