Olga was easy to work with. Dealing with coops can be difficult but she handled if professionally. She made sure all prospective buyers were qualified before allowing them to submit an application. Although other apts. were on market for longer periods of time, ours sold fairly quickly considering the coop market. I would definitely recommend her for real estate transaction, especially for coop in Queens.
