When I first went to Dr. Kovacevic I thought she was professional and recommended family and friends. They all left her and didn’t go back. Took me longer to see what they got right away. Staff never polite and bordered on rude. Made personal comments regarding my prescription and condition. The office staff left a v.m. and in the background they were laughing and said Dr. Kovacevic said “if I wanted a stronger prescription to go see a psychiatrist.” I was calling for a refill! I have never seen a doctor that I dislike so much. I know some current and former patients of hers and we all refer to her as Referral Queen. She is always running behind. One time in particular, I sat in the waiting room 20 minutes past my appointment time and then sat in the exam room for another 15 minutes listening to her talk with the nurses about a particular store that they all liked. This doctor is wonderful with communication and professionalism. And her staff especially Cheyrl gets five stars from me as well!
Worst doctor I've ever seen. My grandma had a follow up for her hip fracture. The doctor never even looked at the incision, tested range of motion or strength. She literally asked 3 question and told us to call if we needed anything lol. My grandma has been her patient for 10 years and every visit goes the same. That will be the last visit, please if you care about your health find a better doctor ! I would only trust her to diagnose and treat the common cold and nothing else.

I have been a patient with Dr. Kovacevic for over 20 years. Don't let the last name worry you, she is American born and speaks perfect English. She is very pleasant and will discuss anything you need to know about your medical situation and well being. She allows all the time you need. They can run many tests you might need right in the office. There is a lab in the same building, with no appointments, if you need that too. She is in the University Hospital system and accepts most insurances.
